Well, good morning! In the moment I’m sitting at the table drinking a cup of coffee & listening to my new favorite Sia song, California Dreamin’ which you can listen to above if you’re in the mood for something catchy. I’ve had a lingering cold forever now, which is getting on my last nerves. That and the fact that every time I dress for summer, it’s like a slap in the face to just look outside. I know this is Scandinavia and all, but come on.. I’ve never experienced a summer/spring like this here in Norway, and it is completely ridiculous! But, I’m going to look on the bright side of things. At least I can wear my winter knits for a bit longer and a beanie when I don’t wanna spend time on my hair.
Acne Studios recently introduced their first sunglasses collection, focusing on colour and shape for frames and lenses. The seven styles are available in 29 Acne Studios stores worldwide, and also on acnestudios.com. “
We᠆ve always made eyewear pieces, but never before a full collection. I wanted to introduce new styles, and refine our previous designs, to create Acne Studios Eyewear. For this first collection, I᠆ve drawn on my role models in music as inspiration and reference – it᠆s up to the customer to guess who.” – Jonny Johansson, Creative Director.
Most of us can’t afford to buy high-end fashion, from the likes of 3.1 Phillip Lim, Alexander McQueen, Balmain, Dolce & Gabbana and Alexander Wang on a regular day basis, but sometimes we find things that are worth investing in. With that in mind, I created a few collages with links to Ssense.com. Just a little mixture of things I love.
Looking over them now, I see that I’m probably going to end up wearing the colors of dark blues, red, black & white for this spring. And leather, of course. So have fun shopping, you guys, my favorites are the two from 3.1 Phillip Lim, the boots from Thom Browne & Dr.Martens and last but not least the Saint Laurent pants! I hope this helps you on your quest for the perfect S/S 15 style!

he wow factor was on an all time low, and the street style was cluttered, but I still managed to find some lucky shots for my wonderful followers. I was a little disappointed by the lack of inspiration on the streets of London this time around, but I always manage to find some amazing shots! so may I present my favorite picks from this season’s London fashion week.
I also wanted to thank all of you for following this blog, even when the autumn depression kicks in, and I basically turn to TV shows and music, to brighten my day. But I’ve actually seen a rise in followers the past few weeks, so I wanted to dig up some extra inspiration for all of you who feel the inspiration lacking when the fall mood steps into our lives. But just remember, it’s time for big scarves, boots and comfortable knits, so I think we’ll be alright! Until next time, loves.
For those who feel like following, you can do that through bloglovin’ and/or facebook at the bottom!
A designer that has recently caught my eye, is the Israeli designer Eliran Nargassi. I love the minimalistic touch and the attention to detail, and the brand itself just took me by surprise. Take a look at the photos below, and see my favorite part of the spring/summer collection, namely the tees and shorts. I could wear any of these pieces, and the fact that it’s part of a set, just sends the inspiration flowing straight through me! I just wanna put all of these on, and take photos for you guys! If you wanna buy any of the pieces, just click the photos, and they’ll take you straight to the website.
Personally I find love in Valentino’s clothing. I find it romantic to be in Valentino, and would probably scream if I were ever invited, let along going. This collection is just amazing, and I love it more and more, each time I see it. Valentino is truly the last emperor.
My absolute favorite collection for this season was the Hermès menswear line. The colors, the cuts, I could wear anything from this collection and feel amazing, which is exactly what I want from a collection. Love!
